I have spent and continue to be spending, quite a lot of my time at Springfield hospital, for one reason or another - consultations, tests, scans, procedures, dressings, blood tests, surgery etc etc, and I can honestly say that each and every time, I have been so well cared for, listened to and felt valued, every person I have come into contact with has been so lovely, kind and empathetic, taking time to really support me and even holding my hand to help me through what has been a tough few years. My last visit was for a colonoscopy, I had a “bit of a breakdown” while waiting for the procedure, Debbie the nurse on duty in the Day care unit, and Barbara the hospital concierge were so very kind and supportive to me, staying with me snd helping me to calm down and feel better, so very grateful for the care, it has been outstanding. Thank you Springfield Hospital.

A great team of caring and considerate staff in a very private and clean environment. This helped my recovery from total knee replacement immensely and got me on the road to recovery.

I had a partial knee replacement surgery on the 1 Dec 2023. Throughout my stay all members of staff (reception, porter, cleaners, kitchen, nurses, doctors and physiotherapists) were professional, helpful and caring.

I had 350cc dual plane breast implants. I was very nervous attending my first consultation but Simon put me at east straight away. He is incredibly professional and understanding. He took on board my wishes to have implants that looked natural to my size as I didn’t want a fake look or for people to know I’d had them done. He made some recommendations which I agreed to and my results are even better than I imagined. The whole process was very easy and comfortable. The recovery was a lot more comfortable than I’d expected and I have zero regrets. Would 1000% recommend Simon and his team!

Nothing is ever too much for the staff on the wards at Springfield. I have just had my second stay and I don’t want to go to any other hospital in the area.
There is plenty of choice with the menu and the food, for hospital food is good.

I cannot praise the hospital and staff enough for the care I received during my stay at Springfield hospital, I received round the clock care following my surgery and daily visits from my consultant Mr Hammond.
