There was a heatwave in July when I had the operation. The air-conditioning was not working and had apparently not worked for a considerable period of time. My wife was totally exhausted sitting with me all day. The sun shone through the blind.
Unless I was assured the system had been replaced I would not chose to have my operation there in the summer.
The staff were great and uncomplaining.
