The staff were incredible. Neelam especially was amazing and made us feel so welcome and kept us in the loop at every step. She made my daughter feel at ease and made sure we also felt comfortable with everything. The hospital however had a lot of drilling and banging going on throughout my daughter’s recovery, she’s 4 years old and needed sleep. This was stressful. Second to that, the recovery rooms are not private at all and we could hear the pain the young girl having the same procedure was in when she came back, which caused concern and made the experience much scarier than it should have been. More privacy needed in my opinion.
