I attended for an ultra sound for possible testicular cancer. The doctor and his assistant put me at ease, we’re clearing their communication and fully involved me by showing me the screen and including me in the conversation.
They were first class, even injecting humour to make me feel more relaxed.
My consultation with my urology specialist was 10.30a.m and I was able to be booked in and seen for an ultrasound on 12 the same day.
By 12.30 I was fully diagnosed and able to leave with my fears dispelled.
