Absolutely terrible customer service! If you think paying for private treatment at a private hospital will mean you get treated by a professional team, think again. Its as if they don't have computers at Spire Murrayfield, no one knows anything and everyone tells you a different story. I genuinely wish I had stayed with the NHS who were exemplary in every way.
