Everyone at the Spire is very helpful and caring. The hospital is clean and even though they are really busy I'm always seen on time

Excellent care received at the Spire Manchester. From clinic appointments to hospital stay and rehabilitation services I found all the staff polite , professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the Spire hospital to family, friends and colleagues.

Dr. Macutkiewicz is a wonderful surgeon, I Can’t thank him enough his understanding, skills and expertise and he listens to my concerns about having my gallbladder remove. He addressed all my concerns and put me at eased. On the day of my operation he came to see me and noticed I was scared and he put my mind at rest. Also the staff at the Spire hospital were great. He came to see me after the operation to see how I was and ensured me that my surgery went smoothly. He came to see me later the day to see how I was getting on before being discharged, I found the care really impressive and kind. I am so glad I chose this hospital and I would highly recommend Dr Macutkiewicz. Thank you so much!

The post surgery daily wound packing sessions with the nurses was good but there was regular debate most days re whether my wound needed packing or not. Some patients might find this uncertainty unsettling but I understood the need for debate on it. It might be my notes could have been more clinically updated to prevent the need for regular/daily discussion on it.

I was very impressed by the standard of care provided by this hospital. Too many wonderful people to mention by name, I was admitted for surgery on Ward 1. I was treated with dignity and respect, and always made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. I had a huge room that felt more like a hotel than a hospital. The follow up was also brilliant - I received a few calls from the ward to check I was ok once I was discharged, as well. Thank you to all involved, highly recommended

All the staff members were wonderful. I was looked after SO well by the nurses during my stay. Highly recommended.
