Firstly I would like to advise that the medical care - specifically Mr Khan who completed my treatment - was absolutely fantastic. However, the administration and correspondence from the Spire team has been woeful. There appears to be systemic issues with their patient interface comprising a general inability to pick up their phone; call back after advising they would, failing to provide necessary confirmations - again after advising they would, failing to book follow up appointments as advised to and then failing to process cancellations. Unfortunately, as much of the interface is with their administration team, it makes the patient experience a very frustrating one.
