I can only say that my whole experience was very positive. The ward staff were excellent, caring and thoughtful. The surgery went well and again everybody that I saw, porters, nurses etc were friendly and considerate, even asking me which music I preferred during the op. Its not an experience that I want to repeat, but most of the stress that I expected was greatly relieved.
