Only thing that could be improved is that they make patients aware of the bottled water available, should you need hydration. Only found this out just before leaving after 90 mins. The reception and nursing staff were second to none being patient and helping with Google searches for doctors address etc. Thank you for your help this took stress out of an appointment where you were unable to take someone with you.
