Fantastic care by both the doctor and nurse's nothing was too much trouble and everything was explained to me before and after my operation. All my medication was ready for me when I left the hospital and had follow up appointments made for me weeks after my operation with my consultant.

I can only say that my whole experience was very positive. The ward staff were excellent, caring and thoughtful. The surgery went well and again everybody that I saw, porters, nurses etc were friendly and considerate, even asking me which music I preferred during the op.
Its not an experience that I want to repeat, but most of the stress that I expected was greatly relieved.

The whole team at Little Aston have been amazing. I am part way through my treatment for stage 3 breast cancer and have received excellent service from the consultants, nursing staff, admin staff, reception staff and catering staff. Everyone goes out of their way to be helpful, caring and friendly and the Covid-19 precautions are impeccable. I would not hesitate to recommend this hospital and am so grateful for the outcome of my treatment so far.

Only thing that could be improved is that they make patients aware of the bottled water available, should you need hydration. Only found this out just before leaving after 90 mins. The reception and nursing staff were second to none being patient and helping with Google searches for doctors address etc. Thank you for your help this took stress out of an appointment where you were unable to take someone with you.

I WAS BOOKED FOR AN APPOINTMENT AT 5.30 PM THREE WEEKS AGO REFERED FROM MY NHS GP BUT IT TOOK UPTO 3 HOURS BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT FOR THEM TO RING AND SAY IT HAVE BEEN CANCELLED BECAUSE I HAS DIABETES AND HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE AND THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO LOOK AFTER ME I HAD SURGARY AND HAVE SENT ME BACK TO MY GP TO BE REFERED TO A NHS HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT ARE THEY AN HOSPITAIL OR WHAT I FEEL VERY LET DOWN BY THEM!
