Amazing pre and post operative care. Food was nice and felt looked after from the get go.

The menu leaves a lot to be desired

All the members of staff at The Spire were obviously very competent friendly and caring. This included the nurses, physiotherapists, the ladies who provided the excellent meals and the ladies who served them.
I was initially anxious about going into the Hospital but all the staff with whom i came into contact made me feel welcome and cared for.
I could not criticise them in any way, I would have happily stayed there much longer had it been necessary.

Staff were amazing.
From being seen in outpatient. To the care on the ward and aftercare. Thank you for all your hard work in these difficult times ( covid-19 )

Have nothing but praise for the staff at the hospital and the friendly efficient way they carried out their duties. I felt safe under the present Covid restrictions.

I was nervous about going into hospital for surgery during covid, my treatment had been contracted out by the NHS. The cleanliness and covid safety procedures were very good. The staff put me at ease and were caring, attentive, informative and respectful throughout. I was very impressed. From kitchen and ancillary staff, to nurses, doctors and theatre staff - they all went “above and beyond”.
