All staff treated my mother in law with respect and all very helpful with answering questions. It was a pleasure to attend the hospital for the appointment.

The staff were amazing. They work very hard but nothing was too much trouble and I had excellent care.

I had cause you use The Spire several times in the past year and have always found staff to be professional and friendly, often going above and beyond.

Nice hospital, easy to access. Did not have to wait long to be seen. Took a while to find a parking space, and no parent/child spaces, so was a little tricky managing a toddler and a pushchair in the car park.

Amazing pre and post operative care. Food was nice and felt looked after from the get go.

The menu leaves a lot to be desired But the caring staff make up for it

All the members of staff at The Spire were obviously very competent friendly and caring. This included the nurses, physiotherapists, the ladies who provided the excellent meals and the ladies who served them. I was initially anxious about going into the Hospital but all the staff with whom i came into contact made me feel welcome and cared for. I could not criticise them in any way, I would have happily stayed there much longer had it been necessary.
