Rooms were grubby and unkempt although theatre areas were immaculate.my latest visit turned into an emergency transfer to HRI whilst coming out of anaesthesia and the theatre staff and team were amazing. It is the general presentation and management that is lacking at Spire I don't recommend it I'm sorry to say.
