The receptionists should acknowledge people/patients when approaching the desk instead of been glued to the PC for couple of minutes or chatting to one another before the acknowledgement of the arrivals. As a private hospital I expect a much better service from the main front desk staff. This has gone for so long now with special long term receptionists. Better customer service is needed on this department.
