I was Treated with greatest of respect nothing was too much trouble for anyone truly amazing how I was taken care of right the way through all members of staff. I never like to be a bother to anyone but they were all so intent on looking after everyone's needs, I can't thank you all enough I would have no hesitation in recommending you all I never met a Duff one among you.
