Very efficient from start to finish of my father's operation. Staff helpful and friendly from reception, cleaners to nurses.

I was seen by Mr S shankar who did a total knee replacement on my right knee. Having seen him today 16th Nov 7 months after operation he was very pleased with the outcome as am I . It is a pleasure to be able to go walking without pain Thank you do much Mr S shankar.

The physiotherapist discharged me a day earlier despite me trotting g that I was experiencing severe nausea. I was unwell, throwing up and unable to sleep for 5 solid days!!
