I had a laparoscopy at the hospital in 2021. The facilities and care provided were excellent especially during the pandemic which meant I had to go alone. The staff were very calming and professional and made me feel comfortable and at ease.

Everyone was so kind helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Apart from the parking nothing to comment. Almost late for appointment, blocking of large vehicle unloading.

I went for a Health Enhance assessment @ Harpenden today. Both Health Advisor Ciara Murphy and Dr Karen Ronayne were very professional and I felt totally at ease(thank you!) I had guided physical tests and detailed discussions and all the anxiety I had beforehand disappeared as I was put at ease every step of the way. I got some great advice on how to improve both my physical and mental wellbeing.

Staff were very respectful, even though this is a private hospital and I was an NHS patient, I wasn't treated any differently. My stay was very pleasant and I'd recommend this hospital to all my friends and family.
