Dr. Lamb, was friendly and put me at my ease, she took on-board my fear of masks.
Her assistant was very friendly as well.
My treatment was very good.

Simon, Sarah & Kay were friendly from the first meeting of each of them and I can't fault how amazing they are as a team. Any concerns or questions that I had were answered via email or text with care and consideration when not at an appointment. I felt completely confident in choosing Simon to do my operation. And felt compassion and full support from Sarah & Kay throughout the whole process. It made my choice to step out of my comfort zone and change my life so much easier. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and from my new small stomach. And for changing my life for the better.

All staff have been delightful and the facilities (as a day surgery and outpatient) excellent and very comfortable.

if you need to go into a hospital for care, this is the best one to go to. I found the staff were very kind and treated me well, nothing was too much trouble. The food is very good with several choices, and the catering staff very friendly.i was also impressed with the level of cleanliness in the hospital. My outpatient appointments with the phsio were always on time, and I have nothing but praise for my experience

The team who looked after me were exceptional.

Fantastic hospital, especially since the 'make0ver' . Cool decorations, colour co-ordinating offices and consulting rooms etc.........
