The hospital is always very clean and the staff are very helpful. The only negative thing is they have recently put the dreaded ANRP cameras in the car park.

From when you telephone to make an appointment, every stage of your treatment could not be improved. The teams in X-ray, MRI scan, Pre-op assessments, could not make you feel anymore comfortable and important. Everything is explained to you in plain language, and their confidence and professionalism is first class. Once in the system for an procedure, they keep in contact with you an every stage, and you have an online account for you to access all documents, appointments, physio information and exercise regime, nothing is overlooked! Once I was admitted for surgery, my room was spotless and extremely comfortable. All of the staff at Gatwick Park from the administration, Catering, Nursing assistants, Nurses, Physiotherapists, Radiotherapists, Doctors and Consultants, accomplish an incredible standard of care and consideration. Thank you all for your continued excellence!

Must of the staff were brilliant I did have 1 moment with a staff nurse But dealt with that & everything was fine Coming out was a small problem if you haven't transport getting a taxi would have been Expensive.
