We found that upon our arrival at The Spire we were welcomed by the friendly and efficient staff on reception. We saw the conssultant within 10 minutes of our arrival (Mr Abdilrazich) who was amazing! very thourough, friendly and very knowledgable. We were referred to the MRI Unit - an appointment came through in the stimated time. On arrival we were met by Cary Waine who made us very comfortable and assured my husband that the procedure wouldnt take too long with nothing to worry about. Cary was super efficient and reassuring, she even made us a lovely hot chocolate before we left! All in all we would highly recommend The Spire, friendly, efficient and extremely clean.
