Following my recent surgery at this hospital the care I received was fantastic from all the people involved in my care. From my fantastic Consultant, theatre team, nurses - Karen, Caroline and all of the other staff involved in making my stay following major spinal surgery as comfortable as possible - Thank you ever so much, I really appreciated it!
I certainly would recommend this hospital.

Mr Lamb has helped me find the confidence I have always wanted and made me feel like my skin and body is mine. His warm and confident welcome made me feel at ease, knowing I would be in safe hands. As the procedure was on an intimate area, I wanted a team that could make me feel comfortable and not embarrassed. Jayne provided comfort, care and warm smiles making the process more exciting than stressful. Mr Lamb has honestly changed my life, he is an amazing surgeon and a special person. I did a lot of research into this procedure and had a few consultations with other surgeons but I trusted Mr Lamb with my future and I am glad I took the time to find him.

Day nurse wasn't the best, but the night nurse was lovely. I guess also depends on who you have to deal with while you're there.

As a result of some complications following surgery, my overnight stay at Spire turned into a 13 nights! All the staff were incredibly friendly, caring and responsive, from nurses to hospitality and cleaning staff. They were also supportive towards my family. I was confident in their care. The 2 consultants I was under visited me regularly and kept me very well informed as to progress and treatment decisions. I was pretty poorly, but felt very thankful to be in such a caring and peaceful environment; I'm confident this all helped my recovery.

We found that upon our arrival at The Spire we were welcomed by the friendly and efficient staff on reception.
We saw the conssultant within 10 minutes of our arrival (Mr Abdilrazich) who was
amazing! very thourough, friendly and very knowledgable.
We were referred to the MRI Unit - an appointment came through in the stimated time.
On arrival we were met by Cary Waine who made us very comfortable and assured
my husband that the procedure wouldnt take too long with nothing to worry about.
Cary was super efficient and reassuring, she even made us a lovely hot chocolate before we left!
All in all we would highly recommend The Spire, friendly, efficient and extremely clean.

Pleasant staff and clean and comfortable surroundings
