On the whole, Spire Hospital Cardiff is clean, efficient and staff are helpful. Waiting times to see Consultants are usually okay, although occasionally you can wait up to 45 minutes but this tends to happen when Doctors are being thorough and taking the necessary time to see patients, which I personally don't mind at all. The hospital could improve by encouraging receptionists to prioritise patients rather than leave them waiting while they continue chatting to colleagues or inputting data which could wait until the patient is checked in. Overall I would recommend this hospital to friends and family.
