What a wonderful hospital. From start to finish of my appointment I was treated with care and respect by everyone there and made to feel at ease. I would highly recommend The Sire Hospital and its staff.

Avoid go someone where they care. I have seen 3 consultants at Spire , I have been gas lighted if they cannot make a lot money out of you they are not interested. I never got any results back I was just told they could not find anything wrong and that's it. They are very happy to take your money. My doctor would like the a copy of my tests / scan results for my medical records although I have emailed Spire for them I have received nothing back. They just ignore. I am now having NHS Scans as I am still ill a year later. Waste of hundreds of pounds.

The consultant was very professional, it was not him,it was the stupid receptionist that was the problem, hence why I will not see the consultant there again but, I will see him in a different one.

My 1st appointment with Mr Nazeer Moideen on Thursday 18th May 2021. I found him extremely professional explaining everything my treatment plan in easy layman’s terms which I found very reassuring and very helpful. I was in a lot of pain and asked for an urgent appointment for my injection, he assured me he would try his best to get me in as soon as possible. He is a man of his word it was only 36 hours later and I was receiving my injection with the scanning department on Thursday evening. I was so pleased with the professional care I received from Mr Moideen and his team, what a nice guy. Kind Regards John Davies

Amazing. I have recently been under Mr Rito Mitra in Spire Cardiff with recurring chest pain which culminated in admission yesterday for an angiogram. Every aspect of my stay was perfect to the point where I couldn't possibly suggest any way to improve. The room was spotless and my bathroom was better than what I've experienced in most hotels.Add to this the fabulous quality of food and it was spot on. The best aspect of the stay was undoubtedly the first class staff who were always happy and accommodating. They kept me fully informed every step of the way and reassured me when I was a little anxious about the procedure I was about to experience. One member of the team who stood out for her exceptional bedside manner, positive outlook and helpful attitude was Sue Middleton. She really is the Gold Standard of nursing. Thank you Spire.
