When I was treated for a herniated disk 2 years ago ,I was pleased with how quick I was scanned and supported .
I have no got another issue with my neck now and I had a telephone call appointment this week with my consultant Dr Lainge ,this was my choice as I was not confident in using zoom on line .
I personally would prefer a face to face appointment with my consultant , but due to the current covid situation this was the best option for myself
Dr Lainge listened to my concerns , he also made me feel at ease .
I was given time to discuss all my health issues and was supportive and understanding ..
