All the staff were friendly and supportive. They explained what procedures they were about to do and helped to allay inevitable nervousness before an operation.
It was an extremely hot day and they did their best to keep the place cool.
My only criticism is the lack of parking spaces. It is very stressful trying to find a space, particularly before an appointment or operation. I have been five times recently and each time it has been really difficult to park.
