My one criticism is that, on my second operation on my cataracts in 2 weeks, I was asked to go through the admissions questions 4 or 5 times by separate people, even after I had given all the information on my first admission 2 weeks perviously. It's difficult to understand why this information cannot be digitalised so all staff can access it. After all, I have been a patient for various matters there for a number of decades so a central information system would be a big help.
