The team that looked after me after a shoulder replacement were a great group of people. I was incredibly well looked after. My room was comfortable, well heated and I had wi-fi and TV. Important distractions when recovering from surgery! The food was good and all of the staff from the Ward Sister, to the nurses during the day and night, to the pharmacy staff, to the physios, the catering people, the cleaners and the porters...I couldn't fault a single one of them. I found everyone to be genuinely kind and considerate to my needs. The room and private en-suite bathroom were spotlessly clean and my visitors were treated with respect and welcomed. Spire Bushey is an impressive hospital and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
