From arrival and taken personally by the car park attendant to a parking place,the ladies on the scan reception desk and the two young ladies that carried out the scan procedure were extremely efficient and friendly whilst being totally professional.the scan results were with my doctor the same day,amazing.

The care and consideration i received whilst at the hospital for my surgery and out patient appointments was absolutely wonderful. I was made to feel welcome at all times and i was kept well informed about everything concerning my care and aftercare.
I would like to thank all the staff at the hospital for all their care.

The only criticism I have is that although I paid for a package deal by bank transfer I was continually asked for my credit card at the various outpatient follow-up visits without any explanation as to why this should or might be required.

I had my pinnaplasty surgery done at the Spire. I am 14 years old and was made to feel calm and I was very well looked after by my nurses, Andrea especially. The nurses, anaesthetist, recovery nurse and porter were so lovely and caring, could not have asked for anything better.

Spire hospital was an amazing experience. It is immaculate, the staff, are kind, caring and professional. I highly recommend this hospital for any procedure necessary. I have had shoulder surgery, and gastric bypass surgery here and felt very well cared for. I was treated with kindness, dignity, and respect, from arrival to discharge.

Spire is easy to access, clean, well-organised with extraordinarily lovely staff. The food is excellent, facilities are good, and room sizes are generous.
