This hospital and the staff are faultless. I cannot praise the staff enough from the receptionist to the x-ray to the anaesthetist to the staff on the ward. I was taken great care of everything was explained before my surgery and after. The food was exceptional. I would definitely recommend the Spire Alexander Hospital.

The staff were very attentive during my recent total knee replacement. They supported me when I feeling low and boosted my confidence. The room was lovely and the food delicious. I did find it a bit odd that the clips were removed elsewhere but that turned out to be straightforward in the end.

Staff at the hospital were very friendly, helpful and professional. From entering the hospital through to discharge, the nurses, doctors, anaesthetist, surgeon, student nurses and doctors, reception staff, pharmacy staff, physiotherapist and catering staff - all treated me with respect and kindness. You made the experience a good one. Thank you all.

Clean, friendly and welcoming - didn’t feel like your typical hospital environment. Staff were always happy to help. The outpatient facilities were excellent with my own private room and bathroom and the food and drink was great so this made my first surgery experience much easier.

A really great hospital with friendly and caring staff, my only criticism would be that it sometimes takes a long time for them to answer the phone - however if anything it shows how busy and popular they are!

I love this little hospital/surgery, everything has been handled brilliantly.
and I even thought that it might be a bit different for me considering I am an NHS patient but quite the opposite, everyone has been fantastic.
