I have been to the diabetes clinic today, from booking in to a computer and being weighed in then my ticket number number came up on a screen telling me to go to room 26, went like clock work. I was treated with respect thoughtfulness and understanding and went away very happy that doctor kelly had listened to me and we agreed on my next course of treatment as he always does at my 6 monthly appointments. I have noticed on my visits that the computer booking system has come in leaps and bounds and worked for me today, i am proud to have a well run hospital in my town of Southend on sea, ESSEX. END
