I have worked with Dr Kelly for nearly 4 years now. I have always found him to be punctual, polite and extremely supportive and helpful towards his patients as well as his colleagues, i have never seen a patient with a bad word to say about him, only positive feedback. Dr Kelly is very kind natured with both patients and colleagues. He has the patient's needs specifically in mind. I think Dr Kelly is certainly an asset to Southend Hospital and hope to have many more years of working in his clinic as I feel the clinics are very beneficial to the patients. laura
