From the moment I walked through the door on my 1st appointment, feeling slightly nervous.
I was greeted by welcoming reception staff, who behaved in a professional manner.
The environment was clean, bright and welcoming.
The Breast care Nurses were caring and showed passionate care. I felt supported from the very beginning.
