Quick, efficient and effective care given late evening while in holiday in the area.
All the staff were friendly, approachable and professional at all levels.
Made to feel valued and listened too, special thanks to That APN that treated me and gave me time to explain my situation, and discuss my concerns.

Visited over the Easter period. No triage visibly in place. I had a sick child and was not assessed until I had complained to the receptionist. Only then did I see a nurse. Awful service.

There was no room in the waiting area, we had to wait in the outside part (corridor).
Treated with respect when we finally got seen.
