Hi the staff were brilliant seeing what they have to cope with is an eye opener, the gent who provided the conversation,sandwich and tea was much appreciated. The down side is the time it took to go through the proceedures but when you see the people coming in with very serious problems and the staff have to react and prioratise then you wait to me no problem. A big thank you to the staff and all concerned cheers Allan

Don't think you can improve the care provided the staff all the staff were brilliant but the amount of people they have to deal with does overload the system
