I was seen on time everyone from receptionist, nurses and consultant were helpful, polite and were very nice at all times

the doctor and nurse were very helpful the time factor could do with helping to stop patients waiting so long and children getting bored. Also books or toys for children.

waiting room adequate but small. Was originally seen by a consultant who thought that Nothing was wrong with me. I have now been referred back to the princess royal and have a cyst on my ovary.

I cannot fault the care i received at the Royal Sussex County Hospital. The only thing i had a slight issue with is that i feel that you are rushed to leave as quickly as possible. I was a day case surgery & although the nurses were excellent, i did feel that they are under pressure to get you shipped out asap.
