I found superb care and attention throughout my stay. I also observed the same when staff were dealing with others plus patience and understanding.
A comment though about the shower arrangements. Two wet rooms but alas only one has a shower head !! Mirrors are missing over wash basins. Shaving point is only available in one wet room, the one with no working shower, and is positioned by the door opposite side of the room to the mirror which is by the toilet It's a first time experience for this type of thing but we managed!!
