I was treated so kindly from the moment I stepped into Preston Hospital, but I have always been treated well the staff from the people who book you in right through to the specialist I saw, I always will recommend this hospital, I find it clean and friendly, you are always able to ask questions and know that they will help you

I was under the care of the Haemotology team for approx 6 months and have nevee had any cause dor complaint. Fabulous team and the very best of care.

Probably the worst hospital in the Northwest, we were sent to the SAU ward from our GP with a suspected ovarian cyst and possible kidney stones, it was also likely that the cyst was infected and if it burst could cause toxic shock which is life threatening. Attended the ward at 1pm and waited, and waited. We saw a nurse three hours later who took my wife’s blood pressure then we waited again. She then saw a doctor about three hours later who said yes you will be being admitted and she was going to recommend a CT scan and ultrasound but she wouldn’t be going home. An hour later we saw another doctor who told us to go home and come back at 8am the following day. We may as well have stayed at home in the first place. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Worst hospital around. People say the NHS is the envy of the world, ha ! Why has it never been copied then

My husband was treated well and looked after with care. His illness was rapidly recognised and dealt with. Thank you to all medical staff in A and E, SAU, and ward 10.

The Staff in the Radiology department treated me with dignity ant respect and a very pleasant caring manner at all times.

Ontn all my visits I was treated well and had excellent treatment. All the staff were very helpful and my appointment times were generally kept too. The same goes for Chorley Hospital.

ALL the staff on my recent visits for my prostate cancer treatment where fantastic, very welcoming and friendly, from cafe, cleaners, to consultant!

I was treated by the Radiotherapy team at the Rosemere centre Preston. All of the staff were absolutely 1st class, very considerate and understanding.
They are doing an absolutely fantastic job every day. I visited them for 20 days in total and nothing was to much trouble for them, even when I had to interrupt one session part way through the treatment due to requiring the toilet.
They are a credit to the NHS and in my opinion a world class team.
