Nurses and doctors were good at listening to you.
The improvement I would recommend is dealing the medication a little quicker, especially pain relief.
*Good straight to the point.
*Friendly staff.
Improve.
*Less wait time for each appointment.
All staff pleasant and helpful.
Consultant listened and examined me and told me my options. Very good I liked being given date for surgery.
The scales in the corridor were not safe for people with poor balance.
Kind, caring nurses nothing too much trouble. They would help day or night.
Bathroom cold.
The staff on the pre-op reception were fantastic, excellent customer service when my appointment I was phoned about wasn't on the system. They are a credit to the NHS. The waiting time in the day case unit was very long (arrived at 7:30 am and didn't go for surgery until 2:30 pm - a staggered arrival would be better). All staff were very friendly and helpful though.
All the nurses are wonderful.
