1) Whilst I appreciate there are a lot of patients to care for I think 30 minutes on waiting for a response to pressuring the buzzer is too long /n2) Main concern is having to wait for over an hour ( was told 30 minutes) for oral pain homogenous when the pain was excruciating./n3) given a bed pain (without the plastic base) so it broke and urine everywhere necessitating a change of lines and my clothes that were fresh on.

Suggested improvements
* Ensure critical information is passed on at 'hand over' relating no to pain relief therapy eliminating a dreadful painful experience that made me also feel nervous and made me shake involuntary machine subsequently. I was made to feel it was my fault as I had to ask for it. Which of course I had several times./n* No ICE machine broken.
