X-ray department staff friendly, polite, chatty, smiled. Out patient reception helpful pleasant smiled. 1st floor - when name called, greeted at door by member of staff nice touch. Dr Ricky Shamji outpatients department (17/1/17) was excellent. Really pleasant, through in examination and full and friendly feedback. I felt valued and that be was focussed on me and not processing me.
