Primarily, The attentiveness and support of all the staff. This have been a key factor helping me through my post - OP recovery during the past six weeks. My personal journey would have been so much more difficult without them. I can think of little that could be improved. Perhaps a little more information about the ration A&E for drug and treatment regime. But that's a minor point from my point of view.
