The nursing staff were all considerate and responsive to my requests. Occasionally, I did feel that I had too much choice - for example, regarding painkillers. I was given a choice between paracetamol and a morphine-based painkiller. Perhaps a patient might not be the best person to ask, but rather the decision be taken by an experienced personbased on what the patient had had today, and the implications od either type of painkiller. That said, I stand by my responses to the other questions above - generally, I was very impressed with the service and attention provided by the staff at the ROH in these difficult times, and I wish to thank them for that.
