The facilities and surgeons/physios were very good but at times, feeling so vulnerable, its easy to feel isolated and upset. Perhaps to encourage independence, we could have grabbers/more accessible nurse call buttons and also be shown about how the lights work etc. I also was refused a catheter removal by a male staff nurse who'd not even asked his colleagues. This was upsetting.
