Easy, clear signage. Polite professional staff
My treatment at the hospital was outstanding with the staff being careing and helpful and was very happy with the standard and cleaniness of whcih the hospital was kept.
I was very satisfied with my treatment at the ROH.
I was on a very busy ward and I thought that the toilet/shower room could have been cleaner at times.
very professional, no waiting around, brilliant service
Recently had a total hip replacement - three weeks ago. The Royal Orthopaedic is a fantastic hospital. I was treated with respect and compassion from my very first visit as an out-patient, right through to my stay as an in-patient and beyond.
The staff go above and beyond in their caring, the hospital is clean and welcoming while the catering is excellent due to all food being prepared inhouse.
From the very first time I walked through the hospital doors, I felt the positive atmosphere here.
Staff were just lovely.
Fabulous hospital, had surgery here in 2019 for spinal surgery, well done.
I had the worst experience ever at this hospital when going to visit my over 70 year old mother who had a knee replacement. On the 1st visit to ward2 very rude staff very disrespectful talking down to visitors and making rude remarks. On the 2nd visit Making up there own visiting policies when questioned to see the policy after 30minutes of waiting the policy could not be located it was also not stated in the paperwork we were given or even mentioned to us.i was disgusted with the way the ward manager spoke down to me for no apparent reason trying to provoke a reaction I refused to retaliate and walked away. If there was a minus 5 star i’d give them that
On entry in the hHospital, i was greeted by a male volunteer who gave clear directions to where i should go and a jovial attitude with a big smile. Whilst making my way slowly to the department i was assigned to and while admiring the artwork in the corridor, i was approached by a female member of staff who kindly asked me if i was looking at the signs because i seemed lost. As i said i was admiring the artwork, after i told her where i was going, she gave me directions also. It is nice to see that there are still people around that treat you with respect and dignity.
I’ve had my follow up appointment yesterday after having 2 spinal surgeries 10 and 11 weeks ago. Mr Haleem was very pleased with the X-rays and again he explained every little step from my operations. I felt so good and looked after again when I left the hospital yesterday. Mr Haleem is so dedicated and he’s a doctor I totally trust and so pleased he was my surgeon and also a big thank you to his team. Elke Hooper
