Very friendly and helpful staff, everybody was so kind and caring./nThank you all.
Suggested improvements
One slight error was moved wards but mistakenly taken to a different floor./nEventually moved into ward along the corridor on the original floor.

All staff were very helpful and compassionate they all tried their best to provide good and quick care even when it was busy and not enough staff.
Suggested improvements
Increase staffing levels so care is given promptly like pain relief due to there being so busy sometimes pain relief was delayed forgotten about.

Everyone has been considerate and careful in helping me more about Everyone without exception, had been cheerful and polite and reassuring, in spite of being very busy. Such a friendly team, who are clearly, need to working together and ensuring all goes smoothly.
Suggested improvements
More cups of tea would be welcome, but considering the covid safety measures required at the moment, I think you have been incredibly thoughtful. (Having our room was a luxury I had not expected!)
