Lovely kind people giving good explanations and answering questions patiently. People too busy to remember requests sometimes but be a but to a lot wash. I waited from 10.30 pm and 1.50 am for a simple anti-acid which wasn't good but I understand the need for care and smiles.
Dr. Grainger was extremely friendly, thorough and thoughtful. He took his time to listen, explain and go through the treatment and symptoms. I wish all doctors were like him.
The staff were so accommodating and friendly it was wonderful. Mr Meda, Dr Bala, Emerson, Caty, Jayne, Becky, Ann, Marie, Jim were all fabulous had and blast, such a laugh, well looked after.
Nothing could be improved apart from in recovery I had my blood pressure taken 20 add times and had to ask even when I was told it was agency nurse, but she was so caring.
It was good.
Had to wait one and half hours for an appointment.
Why have appointments when they are not kept to.
Very thorough and informative.
Everyone was very friendly, clean about the procedures and answered all my questions.
