The nurse was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. There was a mix up with my appointment (Sat 19th december moved to 16th Jan) but I did not get an appointment letter to nothing me of this change. Nurse was excellent insortng this.
Suggested improvements
My appointment on Sat 19th Dec got cancelled but I was not notified of this. Would have been useful to have been notified of this before coming to the hospital. None the less I had my xray on 19th which was great service.

Nurses and staff very friendly and polite./nRoom was either very hot or could, no even temperature.
Suggested improvements
Mix up over dischard and whether I was well enough to go home, twice a doctor was called, he failed to arrive both times and did not prescribe the doctor of medicine so the nurses could not disponse it to me.

All the nurses from I walked in to check in were very nice and very through and the nurse doing my ECG and bloods was very respectful (Barbara) and then Emma the nurse was very thorough and told me all the information I needed.
