This was the first time I have ever been to The Royal and I must say I was very impressed. Both times I was seen promptly and wasn't in the department too long and hardly any waiting time in between seeing various clinicians..... I couldn't praise this department highly enough, very efficient, courteous, friendly and above all professional... well done RLUH
