As the patient/ service user son I found the expertise and assistance from the community stroke team essential in helping me to cope with dad coming home. To dad massively improving after his stroke. Helping him to regain some independence.

I cant tell you what a huge difference the CST has made to my post- stroke life. You have enabled me to find my voice again to write again, to be able to be independent and live again thank you.
Suggested improvements
Maybe explain the roles of each therapist- I was a little confused between physical therapy and occupational therapy. You may have done this at the outset but I couldn't remember.
