Very good food services, staff attitude, good environment clean and looked after admin staff kept me informed. Doctor mainly spent time with me explaining what was going on first class.

I wanted to say what excellent treatment I received yesterday from Adam Ball, Occupational Therapist. He went out of his way to put me at ease, asked me a lot of relevant questions and gave me valuable advice along with exercises to help my condition. The reception staff were also good and parking was easy. A big thumbs up to everyone there!

Everyone was polite, friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble, they took time to understand and get to know me. Explained what and why they were doing.They gave me excellent support building my confidence I would not have recovered to the pant I have without them.
Suggested improvements
I had severe mental health problems following my stroke and the arranged for psychiatrist support/counselling for me, it took a while so I would suggest quicker access to this aspect of support as it was invaluable and saved me.
